                               RESOLUTION NO. 21341
                   
                   A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS 
                   PERMIT FOR A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT 
                   ON A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 7427 MIN-TOM 
                   DRIVE, BEING ON THE NORTHEAST LINE OF 
                   MIN-TOM DRIVE SOUTHEAST OF GUNBARREL ROAD, 
                   MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, SUBJECT 
                   TO A CONDITION.
                   
                                                     
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby granted a 
       Special Exceptions Permit for a final Planned Unit Development on 
       a tract of land located at 7427 Min-Tom Drive, more particularly 
       described as follows:
                 
                 Lots 54-58, Subdivision of Tracts 10 and 15, 
                 Varnell Farms, as shown by plat of record in deed 
                 book 939, page 79, ROHC; being the property 
                 described in deed book 4639, page 871, ROHC.  Tax 
                 Map No. 149B-B-6.  
                 
       
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That said Special Exceptions 
       Permit is subject to the following condition:
       	    1.	 Screening and landscaping requirements shall be the same 
                 as are required in the R-T/Z Zone.
       
       	    	 A copy of the official PUD Plan is attached hereto and 
       incorporated herein by reference.
